To some, craft may be a strange word to use when talking about design in the modern sense. Craft is usually associated with traditional techniques such as carpentry or ironmongery. But in its essence, good craft is about the care, skill, knowledge and techniques used in producing a final piece of work.
Our tools may be new and different, but it’s these core elements that make us the same, and in that sense, we’re not unlike those traditional craftsmen after all. There is a lasting attraction in things made with skill, care, a deeper understanding of materials and constant attention to detail; where time is an investment, not a cost, and quality matters far more than quantity.
We consider ourselves craftsmen, and it’s this personal approach that we apply to every project, for every client.
